Westwear Industries Inc Return Policy

Manufacturer's defects. Please email a description of the issue to us (info@vikingscanada.com) and we can advise your next steps.
Manufacturer's defects are dealt with directly by the manufacturer concerned.
Unwanted returns. Please email a description and reason. On receipt of email we will advise on next steps. In general, unwanted returns must be returned at your expense for a store credit and shipping fees and handling/restocking cost (10.5%) are subtracted from the store credit. Items MUST be returned only when agreed by us and in unused condition or they cannot be accepted. We accept no responsibility for any return otherwise sent back and the item remains your responsibility at all times. Store credits only are issued for unwanted items.
Missing item claims must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order.
